Reservations:
To approve a reservation, you must send a photo/ scan of the payment and this information:
Name of all the guests- Birthday
- ID
- Phone number
- Address
Time of check in: 15:00 hrs
Time of check out: 11:00 hrs
Payment options, reservations and deposits
The options for the payment of the reservation and deposit are through bank deposit, paypal or Stripe.
Confirmation of the payment is required to be send by phone or email
The reservation will be oficially made when the reservation department send a confirmation message.
If, by any motive outside of our management control, the property stop being available we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a total refund
Check-in
Entry starting at 15:00 hrs
The client is obligated to inform the time of arrival and to give a contact number.
If the client arrives before check in (15:00 hrs) can store their luggage. If the property is available and the client wants an early check in, it can be made only if there are no other reservations within that day.
Check-out
Check out time: 11:00 hrs
Hosts of the property will attend the check out process to check the property and to recieve the keys.
Cancellation and reservation changes:
In case of cancellation or no show, the depost will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave before check-out. Changes on the reservation dates are only allowed with previous confirmation with the Zlip Housing Team.
Zlip Housing has the right to terminate the contract, without refunding the payment made by the client if there is any of these sitautions: the total number of guests is more than the mentioned on the web, altering the rules of the comdominium, partys, consuming of ilicit drugs, pets without informing, and not making all the payments and deposit.
The guest autorizes the host to keep the deposit during a period of 15 days after the check out. Zlip Housing will refund the depost without any interest only if it has not been occupied or if there is no other payment needed for any concept.
In case the depost needs to be used to cover expenses by the guest, the host must give them the receipts for the payments and the rest of the deposit.
The deposit will be refund at the bank account of the guest.
The guest (s) are compromised to:
- a) Pay for the stay on time and place
- b) Respond to any damage caused at the property by: wall scratches and bump, any damage to the furniture by ba usage during their stay like breaking the door, breaking any house equipment for the stay like burning a matres, sofa, breaking some glass or window, and the loss or damge of any utensil or electrodomestic that it's within the property.
- c) No concenind any right about the property to anyone.
- d) Don't make any modifications to the property without the written consent of the host, at the end of rental, the guest will give the property back with the same conditions that were original received.
- e) Be responsible in case of fire and be obligates to cover the material expenses caused at the property and also to third parties, for imputable causes, in case it was caused because of bad usage of the property facilities.
- f) Keep clean the pipes and drains, avoid humidity and leaks, if not, any damage caused by this omission will be paid by the guest.
- g) Use the assignated parking spot.
- h) No doing acts that disturb the calm of the property or the neighboor's, and do not use dangerous substances, flammable or ilegal to avoid any damage to the property.
- i) Keep children under supervision at all times. It is prohibited to leave them alone at the property and common areas (halls, elevator, parking, pool, balcony, terrace) with the propose to avoid any accident.
- j) With pets, keep them at all time with leash on common areas and under supervision, it is the responsability of the guesr to clean after their pets.
- k) Follow the norms of the comunity of negihboors.
- l) Let the host and team access to make reparations of the property.
If the property has access to wifi or cable tv, Zlip Housing is not responsible for any problem of conectivity or any inconvenience caused by this. This services are provided by other companies and are beyond our control, in case of problemas of conectivity of Internet and/or tv, there will be no feund of the payment.
Responsabiliites and obligations of the guests
The guests have total responsability of the property and any other element within the condo. The client and all the guests must follow all the norms and rules of the condo and property. Any fees imposed by the condo will be inmediatly paid by the client. Also can caused the termination of the stay without any refund.
